Gold platinum Samsung Galaxy Note 5 now available on AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint
Earlier this month, T-Mobile started selling the gold platinum variant of Samsung's Galaxy Note 5, thus becoming the first US mobile carrier to offer the handset in this color option. Now, if you want this particular Galaxy Note 5, you can also get it from Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint.

AT&T is selling only the 64 GB model of the gold Note 5 (starting at $28 per month, or $349.99 with a 2-year contract), while Verizon has the 32 GB model (starting at $29 per month). Only Sprint is offering both the 32 GB and 64 GB models (starting at $30 per month, or $249.99 and $349.99, respectively, on contract).

Needless to say, the gold platinum Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has exactly the same features that you're getting with other color variants, including a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED Quad HD display, an octa-core Exynos 7420 processor, 16 MP rear camera, 5 MP front-facing camera, 4 GB of RAM, and a 3000 mAh battery with wireless charging capabilities. At the moment, the Galaxy Note 5 is running Android 5.1 Lollipop, but Samsung is getting ready to updated it to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. I don't know why these carriers release the color variant months after the commercial launch of the product. I originally wanted this color as well

What about pure copper, or copper colour.

I'm now tempted to pick up the note 5 since this is my favorite color choice out of all of them

Next year I'm getting the gold Note 6, 128 gig, with IR blaster. I guarantee its coming in that configuration.

That was one of the deciding factors for me getting the s6 edge plus. Sounds shallow but I love the platinum gold.

I rather have the Silver/Titanium. I've gotten burnout on the gold. I would have bought it, if it was available at release.

How about something useful instead--like a 128GB model.

To each, their own! I really like the blue sheen of what Samsung is calling Sapphire Black. The platinum looks like a mirror, which looks much cheaper to me. I really wish it weren't made of glass though. That's still stupid, regardless of color.

yea i got the gold unlocked not from a carrier and i found it to be the best color at least for me , the tone of the color they use is so good , but i agree the glass is annoying no matter what color you get its a fingerprint magnet

and if i may add ill be waaaay happier if they used polycarbonate the same way nokia did before with the Lumia series, they used to feel high end , easier to hold and waaay more resistant, Samsung need to do this in the future , you can make a premium feeling phone without using full glass or full metal
