Do these pictures show the retail box of the Apple iPhone 6?

Tonight, we have a series of pictures, claiming to show the new Apple iPhone 6 in its retail box. One oddity is popping up; the lack of the new Health app on the picture of the iPhone screen on the box, would seem to be a major oversight if the box is legit.
We will know how real this box is for sure, in less than a month. Apple has an event scheduled for September 9th during which the iPhone 6 should be introduced. In the meantime, we have this box and the device inside it to consider.

Might Be... Might NOT Be... Either way, the 'device' featured on the front looks very little different than every other iPhone ever released (complete with rather huge top and bottom bezels) and yet there will still be those who claim that this 'new' (ish) design is unlike anything that has ever come before... Which couldn't be less true.

I believe Phonearena knows the actual design, but is confidential. ..... This could be not or could be the iP6. ...

I'm sorry but how is this worthy of an article? I understand that it has not come out yet but the retail box doesn't do much except hold the phone.

I think PhoneArena asks kindergardeners to find pictures on Google and then they report on those pictures now. Apple has been using the same box design for years. Not to mention, I forgot that the Apple iPhone box is apparently just as important as what's inside it.

There have been a few Chinese "knockoffs" already released and they come in a similar box. As a matter of fact here's an article featuring one:http://venturebeat.com/2014/08

Something is off about these boxes, but those boxes look very poorly made or bad quality. I own apple product before and say what you want about their phone but their packaging is smooth and give off a premium feeling. The edges on the box here seems be uneven and banged up. This might just be one of those cheap chinese knockoff. P.S: Those who owned apple product might know what Im talking about.

So peoples get a new design of a box too? WoW. If the box have high 2nd hand value, I would collect all empty boxes and sell it to all iUsers. Since phonearena report such news and it must be great news for a empty box. ;)

Because Apple is easy to hate with their "my way or the highway" attitude. Apple users get branded as fanboys or iZombies because of their apparent acceptance of Apple's practices. Apple haters also constantly throw out the "planned obsolescence" theory on every single product release because there happens to be another product out there with slightly higher specs or features. I also get the feeling that these same people feel that our want for things to be easy to use and aesthetically attractive is superficial. On the contrary, there's really no reason for electronic devices to NOT have these properties. It just takes a little attention to detail. Oh, and of course, Macs are overpriced garbage.
