Dell to introduce smartphones in February?

A big rumor is spreading quickly. If this report is true, you might be able to say, "Dude, I'm getting a Dell" and you will be talking about that new cellphone you're expecting. According to the Wall Street Journal, Dell has had a team of engineers in Chicago toiling away for about a year, working on producing prototypes based on both Windows Mobile and the open source Android Operating Systems. The speculation is that the PC maker will focus on producing smartphones.
