Case for the Nexus 5X listed on Amazon

There was some other news today involving other mobile platforms. As one of our loyal readers pointed out to us, Amazon posted a listing for a case to protect the unannounced Nexus 5X. As you probably know by know, this is the rumored name for LG's third stock Android Nexus phone. Previously, the manufacturer produced the Nexus 4 and the Nexus 5.

Earlier this morning, a leaked image of the phone appeared in black, along with a list of rumored specs. Google is holding an event on September 29th (which is turning into a popular day for unveilings), at which time we should see the Nexus 5X and the Huawei Nexus 6 both see the light of day. Pre-orders for both models are rumored to begin exactly two weeks later on October 13th.

The case listed on Amazon is a Ringke Fusion, with a free screen protector and shock absorption technology. The case will be in stock on October 9th, and expected delivery for those who pre-order is between the 13th and 15th of next month. The price? $11.99, a 60% savings from the regular price of $18.01.

Thanks for the tip!

don't buy the ones with transparent side, it'll turn yellow over time.

They look so cool for like 3 months or less haha. Some are like $6 though on Amazon..ill take those all day. I don't know why people pay $50 for a case.

Yeah, it looks beautiful and strong for the first few months and turn icky after 8 months XD Me too, the most expensive one I bought was the Caseology for Note 4, that thing is huge but really tough.

Wait for an official announcement before getting cranky. It might end up being better then you think...... but could be worse too :)

It is weird that the besel size in the top and bottom are always not the same. why google don't make them equal proportion

To shave a couple more millimeters off device height? I find it silly that the iPhone and Xperia Z must have equal top and bottom bezels when it's purely aesthetic. They could have made a device like the 6 Plus smaller otherwise.

no that is not what i mean, they can lessen some millimeters or add it. it has to many spaces
