At the moment, the latter retails at $89.99 on Best Buy. The only color option that is available is jet black, but the refurbished wearable will be shipped to you free of charge.
Some ten days ago, Samsung began the rollout of a substantial update to its Galaxy Gear, which changed the very operating system of the wearable – Google's Android got replaced with Tizen, the company's own mobile OS. Thus, the Galaxy Gear received some of the features of the Samsung Gear 2 and the Gear 2 Neo, which are powered by the same OS. This brought the company's first smartwatch almost on par with the newer gadgets.
