Apple is preparing "products that will blow your mind"
Apple is doing great in sales, and here great is an understatement, but at the same time some have voiced their worries that the company might lose its focus on innovation after Steve Jobs’ death. There’s no reason to think so - the company hasn’t yet had enough time to show us what it’s been working on since Jobs passed away, but Apple reassures you to not worry the least bit.

“You can be assured we are working as hard as ever this year to deliver an incredible year and some products that will blow your mind,” said Tim Cook at Apple’s shareholders meeting.

Oh yes, we know that the informative value of this statement is close to zero, just like “magical” is not a good description of a product for tech geeks. But it’s enough to underline that Apple is fully focused on the future, and that we should be looking forward to more than one mind-blowing product.

At the same time, Cook mused over the legacy of jobs and how it inspires him.

“There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t miss him,” Cook said and extended his thanks to Apple fans. With the passing of time “great sadness turned into an intense determination to continue the journey because that’s what he would have wanted,” Cook added.

While the promise of mind-blowing new products was the most exciting news coming from the meeting, the chief executive of Apple also said Apple has more cash than it needs, and reiterated that the company has a friendly relationship with social networking giants Facebook and Twitter.
