Android automator IFTTT is dead, long live IF!
Remember one of the less feature-laden, but way more user-friendly Tasker rivals, IFTTT? The app has been around on Android for a while, allowing power-users and enthusiast automate certain tasks and activities. Well, too bad that IFTTT is gone!

But fret not! The app itself is still alive, it's only changing names. From now on, IFTTT will be simply known as IF. Apart from this cosmetic change in the name, the app has unfortunately not scored any new features - it's still remains as powerful as before. As a refresher, you can make use of various "recipes" that work on the "if-this-then-that" principle, which is quite neat generally, but still needs some slight improvement.

Apart from changing the name, the developer of IF has also separated some of the more prominent IF features in a trio of dedicated apps - Do Camera, Do Note, and Do Button. Just as their names suggest, these allow you to either take a picture and further upload it to a social network of your preference or make a note and post it to your Twitter or Facebook account. All in all, they bear a similar functionality to IF, but with a slightly simpler and streamlined interface.

You can download IF and its brethren from here.
