You can now get a free Amazon Echo Dot with the purchase of the $150 Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet
The conditions of the deal/s may have changed since the initial publishing of this post.
You can now buy the $150 Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet and get a free Amazon Echo Dot (second generation) smart speaker for a limited time.
The deal is available for the version of the Fire HD 10 with special offers (Amazon lock-screen ads), and it's one of the best prices for such a combo around.
The Fire HD 10 is a 10-inch tablet with access to Amazon's ecosystem. It features a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution, 1.8 GHz quad-core chip with 2GB RAM, 32GB of storage, and up to 10 hours of battery life. And considering that Android tablets are practically non-existent at the moment, this is a solid iPad alternative for a much lower price. In addition to other features, the Fire HD 10 tablet features stereo speakers and Alexa built right in.
The small Echo Dot that you get for free usually retails for $50. It's a hockey puck-sized speaker with Alexa and an AUX jack that will do a great job at answering your queries, but it's not particularly great in terms of sound quality.
