iOS 8 is finally here, and you guys sporting an iPhone, iPad, or even an iPod touch (5th gen) can go ahead and download the update right now. Yep, that's the beauty of Apple's ecosystem.

Now, it's pretty cool that users from all around the world can now get their hands on Apple's latest mobile platform, but we've already said in our review that there are many major changes in iOS 8 that aren't visible right away. To learn more about those under-the-hood improvements in depth, reading our review will be your best option. However, exactly how does iOS 8 build onto the solid foundation that iOS 7 was? Well, Apple has done some pretty neat things improving some aspects of the system's functionality that were already available in some form. That would mean that in iOS 7, we already had some nice notifications, but in iOS 8, Apple has taken things further by introducing new functionality and depth! Can't wait to get home from the gym, and download it. iWeek has officially started, camp time tomorrow, and Fridays the "big" day.

I think you meant over 50 Android trolls on this site who are bashing iPhones in EVERY article since like 3 months, doesn't matter if it's about tech overall or WP, they always have to say that iPhone has less RAM, less pixels, less everything, I guess they're trying to pretend like champs in internet coz in real life nobody gives a f*ck about them and their phones.

You can install update while at the gym if there's wifi - I prefer to do it before I go to bed - this is system wide update it will restart at some point. This isn't like updating an app.

I believe iOS 8 is more of a behind the scenes and function enhancements - not the visual candy stuff.

i am so mad i sent an email and called multiple companies about the press and hold mic down and record then lift finger off it would stop recording because the ambient noise can be to high some times and they put it on the ios, amsung sent a replay saying they cant take ideas from people or something like that. man so mad, that was about 6 or 7 months ago.i should get a job as a think tank.

Hold to speak (and let go when done) was on Siri since iOS 7 release and even earlier on beta versions.
