Samsung WP7 phones having problems with mini update
Share:
As we reported recently, Microsoft is pushing out a mini update for WP7 devices, which will act as a transition to the NoDo update, expected in about three weeks. Unfortunately, quite a lot of Samsung Omnia 7 and Samsung Focus owners are having troubles updating their handsets. Seems like both smartphones are experiencing stability issues and tend to get stuck halfway through the process.
Even though this does not render your handset useless, the mini update is a requirement for NoDo, the first major refreshment of the platform. A definite solution to the problem has not been announced yet, but some suggest that a factory reset may work for you.
