Samsung Gem dummies show up at Verizon stores
Share:
The Samsung Gem runs on Android 2.1 Eclair and features an 800MHz processor, 3.2" 240x400 resolution touchscreen display with anti-scratch and anti-smudge protective layer, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, EVDO Rev A, and a 3.2MP autofocus camera. We're not sure why the Gem was delayed, as it was shown in a Best Buy ad for Verizon last September, but I guess later is better than nothing.
Thanks to a friend for the pictures and info!

Just to let you know the Gem is free at USC (after rebate) also. You guys really need to re-verify you're info.

The Gem's been on sale for quite some time. Available through indirect only though so unless Phone Arena is reporting that the news is that the direct stores are going to get them soon...this is old news.

I've seen it at the Walmart in Yankton, SD. It's a pretty neat phone!
