i do not use text unless i have to and i do not use internet or multimedia so i cannot comment on that but overall calls in and out sound clear. What bothers me most is that the town i live in, i do not get service and i am suppose to get it with this model of phone. I will get a different phone soon.

This phone is limited
This phone should not even be on the market today! I bought this phone at walmart to activate on Boost mobile website. This phone has a signal that bounces all over the place from 3 bars to a message saying NO SERVICE and the phone would be in the same position the whole time this is going on. Boost trouble shooted the phone 2 times with no change. The direct connect is good, but is limited due to the signal service the phone is giving off. also when in the middle of any text message or address lookup the direct connect will not alert that a connect is wanting to come through. also phone calls if you are in the middle of a text and you choost to answer the phone call the text is lost and not save in the drafts like other phones. this phone is hard to figure out when wanting to delete messages and recent calls you will have to go through the main window again after being in the inbox . downloads are very slow in text messages, this phone is cheap even for paying 50.00 it should not have a value of more than 20 proabley the actual cost of making it. I have had this phone just about 30 days and my husband has one and the same is going on with it. so it is just not my phone and the service from boost is suppose to be good in west jefferson ohio since the signal is bouncing from low to high in the same spot I feel it is a phone issue.
