Build quality on this thing is below average. I've seen better quality prepaid phones. The front cover is made of a shiny plastic that scratches if you breath on it. The keypad sits flush with the rest of the device so it makes it very hard to press the keys. On top of that, button feedback is very poor. You can't tell which key you're hitting. The volume in the earpeice is very low and the speakerphone is also very low in volume. Using it in noisy areas is almost unbearable. The user interface just compounds on it's poor user experience by being too complicated for the average person. It's trying to be advanced, but in it's effort to support many features, you end up spending too much time navigating the menus just to get to where you need to go. Lastly, the price is ridiculous for what you get. Get a cheap phone off the shelf at your local department store and save yourself the headaches.
Not a QWERTY keyboard, but very simple to use & master. Screen is bright & easily viewable from most, if not all, angles. FM Radio is awesome!!!! Regular earbuds are all you need. Actually ordered this phone from T-Mobile thinking it was mfg'd by Samsung. Very nice phone, imo-
