The Samsung Gear S3 is one of the best smartwatches on the market currently, and for good reasons. It has outstanding battery life, a great display (for a smartwatch), and is dust-,water-, and shock-resistant. The Gear S3 runs Samsung's proprietary TizenOS, so it's not a part of Google's Wear OS (formerly Android Wear) ecosystem, but it is nonetheless compatible with most Android and iOS phones on the market, and is one of the most well-rounded smart wearables on the market. If you've been on the fence about buying one , this latest Amazon deal may convince you to jump it.

The Bluetooth Frontier version of the Gear S3 (that's the more rugged model) can now be yours for just $273, which is $76 off the usual price. And we're talking about a brand new device here, not a refurb!

Still, a word of advice to those of you not so much concerned with the price, but rather with owning the latest in tech – the Samsung Gear S4 (a.k.a Galaxy Watch) is just around the corner, with an expected launch window of August – September. But if you want a great smartwatch at a great price, lucky you, the Gear S3 is going to enjoy some sweet, sweet deals leading up to the launch of the Gear S4!
