This is how the silver Galaxy S10+ looks... you still can't have it, though!
There are two things Samsung likes to do — release a new color for its Galaxy S line some months after the phone's official launch, and lock some color options to certain international markets. Such is the case with the new Ceramic Silver version, which we first heard about a couple of weeks ago. It seems that the new paintjob is ready to hit the market... in Hong Kong... and nowhere else!

At least that's what the initial reports say. That's kind of sad for fans that wanted the shiny mirror-like finish and it certainly isn't a first for Samsung. For years now, it has been releasing the Galaxy S phones in awesome red colors, but kept those versions for Asian markets only. To this, we raise our hands in the air and scream "Why?".

Anyway, at least we get to bask at the beauty of these forbidden models through the power of the Internet. Somebody has gotten a hold of the new Galaxy S10+ in Ceramic Silver and put up a short video online. Here's how it looks:

Look it matters, you’re staring at a black front frame anyway #Bringbackcoloredframes

Doesn’t matter. The phone isn’t green and no one cares. Samsung phones become outdated after 6 months.

Unless you buy a transparent case or use none, the color of the phone is irrelevant. My S8+ is blue, yet you cannot tell at all, because I'm using a clear view case (purple) and only the display and a part of the top/bottom sides are visible. The silver color looks nice but too shinny and glittery for my eyes..
