VIVO to out the best phablet yet: 5.68mm frame, 6" QHD display, 3500 mAh battery, and an OIS camera

That's not all, though, as the leaked specs sheet touts screen-to-body ratio of 79.95%, meaning that the phablet will be pretty compact for a 6-incher. The exact dimensions are 158 x 81 x 5.68mm, which is akin to the Huawei Ascend Mate7, for instance, but thinner, and the weight is just 162g, meaning that this will be both the thinnest flagship and the lightest 6" phablet out there when it lands, period.
The new VIVO wonder is also said to feature a 13 MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, dual-tone LED flash, and optical images stabilization, as well as a hearty 8 MP frontal camera with wide-angle lens. As usual, the phone maker includes its signature Hi-Fi experience, as the phablet will have a ES9018 DAC sound processor, and a Texas Instruments OPA2604 Operational Amplifier inside. Last but not least, VIVO has managed to stuff a 3500 mAh juicer into that ultrathin frame, which bodes well for the battery life, despite the QHD panel. Sounds pretty good, and, knowing VIVO, that PD1305 handset should be as elegant as its Xshot handset you see in the thumbnail picture, and as pricey, too.

6" is absolutely useless. Better to buy a real tablet, since you can't even put it in normal pocket..

You must be a midget. My Note 4 fits in all my pockets just fine with plenty of space to spare. Get a purse or stop wearing your mom's jeans.

besides the fact that 6 inch phones can fit in your pocket, i am wondering what could a tablet do or do better? tablets are last year's tech, they are slowing in sales and hopefully hybrids will take over.

pretty bold click bait headline there PA. Oh how I despise your method of reporting. As we all know, specs don't make the "best" phone. This phone indeed looks good, but it's a bit of a stretch to call it the best without even having seen/used it.

Your ability to constantly live up to black stereotypes is truly astounding.

Why not an 810 CPU? And not mention of stereo speakers which are great for watching video. But in the end even if it is made it probably will not be available in USA with LTE. So I guess I keep my Sony Xperia Z Ultra until somebody truly beats it.

Too expensive...Over 500 dollars is too much for A DEVICE. Top flight specs are nuts, way out perform the apps that run on them. My el-cheapo Mate2, with a 6.1" 720p screen, JB4.3 and snapdragon 400 does fantastic, and was only 300 bucks. Oh boo-hoo..it doesn't have KK or Lollipop or a super-duper processor. Big deal. People are wasting money on these things. iPhone, Note4, now even the nexus is getting in on ripping people off. suckers!
