The Vernee Mix 2 is an all-screen phone that you can pre-order for $169

Bezel-less phones are all the rave this year and the new 18:9 ratio, as unorthodox as it is, is quickly gaining traction with popular top-tier phones pushing it into the mainstream. But what if you want to enjoy an “all-screen” phone without spending the top dollar? Well, you've got some choices and the Vernee Mix 2 is one of them.

The new handset by Vernee rocks a razor-thin bezel design, only with a prominent “chin” under the display that houses the selfie camera. There's no physical home button here, but don't worry — the device still has a fingerprint scanner on its back.

The Mix 2 definitely has a few things going for it to make it stand out. According to official information, the phone's screen-to-body ratio is about 93%, which is quite a bit even by modern standards. The display itself is a 6-incher with a 1080 x 2160 (FHD+) resolution. The hardware is in the mid range, with a MediaTek Helio P25 humming inside, 4 GB of RAM keeping the background tasks running, and 64 GB of storage for your apps and photos. The second notable thing about the phone is its battery — a 4,200 mAh cell keeps the lights on for, we would imagine, quite long.

We've got a dual camera setup on the back — it's a 13 MP Sony IMX258 main sensor with a 5 MP secondary camera. As we've seen before, the assisting camera is used to better capture depth information so we can get a portrait mode on the phone. On the front, we have an 8 MP selfie snapper, suggesting detailed mugshots for your Facebook and Instagram feeds.

The Vernee Mix 2 comes with Android 7 Nougat out of the box, with a mostly untouched UI, so — close to “vanilla”.

And now for the price. The Vernee Mix 2 will cost $229.99 when it launches in early November, but is currently up for pre-sale at the special price of $169.99. But wait, there's more — there's a special discount raffle, which will elect 100 winners to be able to buy the Mix 2 at the special price of $99.99. All the links you need are listed below:

That's great specs even for it's normal price ($229.99) 64GB storage (some flagship still use 32GB storage), OIS (is there any other $200 phone with OIS?), and big battery. The downside is it's brand. I'm not really sure about this brand :-/

I doubt it uses updated hardware like the real Mix 2 which uses UFS 2.1 & AND DDR4X

It's going to be real awkward when you get the phone and realize the bezels are way bigger than they show in photos. These trash companies always claim insane screen to body ratios but if you go and actually calculate them, they are always about 75%. This one will be no different. But phonearena got sponsored so they just play along.

'All-screen'. Except for that bit. We don't count that bit.

This device will support most band in the EU. Many of those brands like Doogee, Vernee and so on jumping on trends with similar phones. But for the specs the price for Vernee Mix 2 are fine.
