Target is expanding the Apple Store-within-a-store concept and is also cutting the price of the Apple iPhone 4 and Apple iPhone 4S by $50 each with a signed 2-year contract, according to 9to5Mac. The
8GB Apple iPhone 4 is now priced at $49.99 and the
16GB Apple iPhone 4S is $149.99. You will have to come into the store to get the deal because it is not available on Target's website. Both AT&T and Verizon models are being discounted.
The discount is available through May 12th,which is this coming Saturday according to our calendar. There is no word on whether or not the $50 haircut applies to higher capacity models. Earlier this year,
Target offered a $200 trade-in for the Apple iPhone 4 which essentially allowed owners to trade up for free to the Apple iPhone 4S. Of course, that deal required you to sign a 2-year pact, but ended on March 3rd.
