Earlier today Chinese premium phonemanufacturer Oppo came out with a press release, announcing that comeDecember, a limited CyanogenMod edition of its N1 phablet will bemade available for the international audience.

Running CyanogenMod's custom ROM outof the box, the special edition will retain its current price tag ofabout $580. Apart from the usual tweaks and extra features that comewith CM, the team behind it has also done some work in order tointegrate into it all the special functions that the giant Oppo N1has to offer, like the O-Touch rear touch panel, the rotating cameraand the O-Click Bluetooth remote control along with some featurestaken straight from Oppo's very own Color ROM.

Apart from the extra perk of runningon the highly-customizable CM, adopters of the special edition OppoN1 will also get the giant phablet in a unique packaging, CyanogenModstickers and a special case featuring both CM's and Oppo's mascots,Cid and Ollie.

This is the first time that theCyanogenMod has landed a deal such as this, and it'llbe interesting to see what else the newly-incorporatedcompany has in storage in the years to come.
