Sony VAIO Duo 11 will be a convertible Windows 8 tablet
The official release of Windows 8 and the Surface tablet isn't expected for another two months, but that's not stopping the leaks about various Windows 8 tablets that will be available. The newest leak is for Sony's VAIO Duo 11 tablet, which looks very ready to take on Microsoft and the other Windows 8 manufacturers, like Lenovo, and Samsung

Unfortunately, not a lot is known about the tablet. We do know that it will feature an 11 inch screen, that it will have a stylus, and that it will be a convertible tablet with a full backlit hardware keyboard. Not much else is known about the device. It is assumed to be running full Windows 8, and not Windows 8 RT, because one of the leaked images shows a full version of Office being run.

Overall, the tablet looks a lot like any other Windows 8 tablet that we've seen. The convertible keyboard looks nice as long as it doesn't add too much bulk, and the backlit keys are very nice. And, of course, it's nice to see tablets moving past the 10" barrier finally.
