Sony LT29i aka Xperia GX international version pictures leak out, flaunting its curves
Sony LT29i pictures have leaked out, in white with a black front. This is the international version of the Xperia GX, which should hit NTT DoCoMo's shelves this week.

The handset already passed the FCC, on its way to AT&T, but all we were treated to then was the label info that states LT29i. Now we have closeup pictures of the back that a tipster sent to us, and front ones that were sent to the Xperia Blog. They seem to be of a prototype from the early stages of development, as it still carries the SE logo on the top.

There are subtle differences with the Japan-only Xperia GX, though. First is the obvious lack of the NTT DoCoMo logo in the front, and we have the Xperia sign at the bottom, which allegedly lights up. Let's not forget that this is an ICS device, and Sony decided to take full advantage of that by only featuring on-screen navigational buttons, thus making the handset very compact for a 4.6-incher.

Thanks for the tip, Anh Tuấn Pham!

What that guy is telling is the "sony ericsson" printed above the screen of the phone. I don't know where to stand. Reverence has a point. All the latest phones of sony has "sony" not "sony ericsson".. But that design follows the rumored GX design..

Read the article and in some countries Sony's phones keep the Sony Ericsson branding.

Accrding to XperiaBlog, that is believed to be a Pre production version, thus the SE logo. The final unit will probably have different logos.

It's not fake.. Oh dear :/ as the article clearly states it's pre production, possibly even developed under Sony Ericsson ( who claimed it takes 18months to get a phone to market) this will be released under the SONY brand though, hardly a fake when the GX is out and this is the international version of it..

almost perfect to me if it has capacitive or physical keys( don't really like on screen buttons because it takes some real estate from the screen).

If only I could get a worthwhile CDMA Sony phone. AT&T and T-Mobile are terrible in my area. :(
