Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 packing for AT&T with its arrival soon?
According to an AT&T tipster for BGR, the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is "100%" headed for AT&T. According to the source, the joint venture's first Android phone will be launched during April/May. The price is expected to be $199 or lower with your signature on a 2 year contract. Even though Sony Ericsson recently announced the X10 mini version of the device, there were questions being asked if the grown-up model would ever hook on with a U.S. carrier. That was what happened to the Xperia X1, and the Windows Mobile handset ended up being sold unlocked in the U.S. for a huge, unsubsidized price. For those who have been waiting for the Xperia X10, it has meant passing on the DROID and the Nexus One while waiting for the Sony Ericsson flagship model to be announced. If this story does pan out, your patience might yet be rewarded.
