Sonic 4 Episode 1 finally dashes its way to Android, priced at $3.99
Call it a case of jealousy or something, but Sonic 4 Episode 1 has been tearing it up over on the iPhone, since it has been available for iOS since last year –  all the while, Android users have been gleaming with jealousy for the classic game play.

Well, there’s no need to wait any longer because the game has finally made a mad dash for the Android Market, where it’s currently available for download at $3.99. For the price, Android users will have the opportunity of experiencing all of the classic Sonic the Hedgehog game play made popular during the 1990s. Shockingly, some people have been waiting for over 16 years for this fitting sequel to finally become a reality – and the wait couldn’t have been any better!

Thankfully, this version for Android is seeing 2 exclusive levels that were built specifically for smartphones using an accelerometer.  Honestly, it all comes down to its $3.99 pricing, which is a steal considering if this game was in cartridge form, like previous titles for the Sega Genesis, it could’ve easily fetched more money – so yeah, $4 out of your pocket isn’t anything at all.
