SIM-free Samsung ATIV S is available for pre-order with MobiCity in Australia
The ATIV S Windows Phone has not made too many appearances since its introduction. Though a few days ago, we got to see a video walk-through of the device. Now, online retailer MobiCity is offering pre-orders of an unlocked Samsung ATIV S for 699AUD ($720, €549, £446).
The handset being peddled is a 3G-only model, compatible with the 3G networks of Optus, Vodafone, and Telstra/Vodafone “NextG” 3G services. The site has marked the ATIV S a bit higher than the 3G, 16GB version of the Samsung Galaxy S III, which is listed for 539AUD.
There is no expected ship-date listed, but if you do not care about 4G LTE and want to grab a Windows Phone 8 device as quickly as possible, since MobiCity does not have any of the other WP8 devices available for pre-order, here is your chance. Is the Samsung ATIV S the Windows Phone 8 device you want?
