Nokia Lumia 920 vs iPhone 4S video image stabilization comparison
The Nokia Lumia 920 and the Apple iPhone 4S were mounted side by side by CCSInsight at Nokia World last week, in order to show how the optical image stabilization works on the Lumia 920 in reality.

Well, it does work, as the video from the Lumia 920 is expectedly much less jerky than the one from the iPhone 4S, aided by the suspension mechanism inside the phone around the camera module, but the iPhone 4S holds its own in terms of exposure, for example.

The test was done with a prototype unit of the Lumia 920, of course, so Nokia will possibly be further fine-tuning the software, as it has plenty of time until the official release when Windows Phone 8 hits retail.
