New pictures of the HTC One M9+ provide the best look yet of the premium handset
The sharpest and clearest images yet of the HTC One M9+ have been revealed in a tweet from @upleaks, and they show the premium handset in greater detail than we've seen before. The button on the bottom front of the device splits the lower BoomSound speaker in half. It also looks more like a dedicated fingerprint scanner that one would swipe rather than a home button to be pressed.

The back of the device resembles the HTC One (M8) more than the new HTC One (M9) with a Duo camera set up. The 5.2-inch screen will carry a 1440 x 2560 resolution and we should see an octa-core MediaTek MT6795 CPU driving the phone. 3GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage are inside.

Despite the fact that this device is being unveiled in Beijing on April 8th, it would be hard to imagine that the One M9+ would be an 'Asia-only' model. Still, the HTC One M9+ units pictured in the slideshow are all branded with the China Mobile logo. Stay tuned as all will be revealed on Wednesday.
