New images of the "Sony Xperia Z Fourth Generation" appear, suggest June launch
As part of that massive leak of Sony documents recently outed by WikiLeaks, we now have some new images of what could be the Sony Xperia Z4. One of the pictures confirms the metal build that has been rumored for the device. Titled "The New Metal Expression," the picture shows a metal clad Sony handset with a comment on the bottom that reads "Making the metal more solid and sleek, in high polished surfaces created by metal plating, all we do this with a new anodizing technology." While the grammar is not perfect, the message is received loud and clear.

Another part of this new leak includes a Sony Product and Service launch calendar. According to this document, Sony is expected to release the new Xperia flagship phone during its fiscal fiscal quarter which runs from April through June 2015. At the same time, an Xperia premium tablet (Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet) and a new wristband are also expected to be released. Of course, Sony's schedule might have changed since the October email that the calendar was culled from.

There is talk that Sony will be announcing a new Xperia handset on Monday, so if you've been waiting to see what's next out of Sony's camp you should keep your fingers crossed this weekend. As soon as the news breaks, we'll have it for you right here.
