Mystery LG device could be the LG Liger (LG-F450)
According to a report published on Wednesday, an LG branded smartphone went through the AnTuTu benchmark site, with specs similar to the unannounced LG G3. The only difference is that the resolution of the screen was listed as 1080 x 1920 (FHD). The reason why this wouldn't be the LG G3 is that the latter is expected to come to market carrying a screen with a resolution of 1440 x 2560. In fact, an earlier AnTuTu test revealed the LG G3 screen did have QHD resolution. It could be the international version of the LG G Pro 2, but LG made certain to hide the model number, something that wouldn't make sense for a variant of an already released model.

As it turns out, one of our loyal readers, who has presented us with solid information before, believes that this is a whole new phone altogether called the LG Liger. The information, he says, comes from code that he discovered. The phone has three different model numbers for three different Korean carriers: LG-F450K, LG-F450L and the LG-450S. These would indicate models for Korea Telecom, LG Telecom and SK Telecom respectively. While our tipster says that this new model could fit in LG's lineup in between the LG G3 and the LG G Pro 2, he couldn't rule out that this could be merely a version of the LG G3 with an FHD resolution screen. Whatever the true nature of this phone, it will capture and playback video in 4K.

The rest of the specs as seen on AnTuTu include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 CPU, an Adreno 330 CPU, back and front-facing cameras of 13MP and 2MP respectively, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage.
