In addition, users of the new Microsoft Surface 2 or Surface Pro 2 tablet will be provided with free access to Wi-Fi hotspots. The service is provided by Skype at places like airports and others. Just keep in mind that the free international calls are only valid for conventional phone lines. In other words, you won't be able to call mobile phones for free.
