LeTV's "bezel-less" phone to be unveiled April 14th in Beijing
According to an image out of China, LeTV is apparently holding an event April 14th in Beijing. It appears that at least two handsets will be introduced, including one high-end model that we've already had the pleasure of revealing to you. Earlier this month, we showed you LeTV's cool looking "Super Phone," which is the X900. The "bezel-less" screen, as we've already pointed out, is not really practical although no one likes big honkin' side bezels on their phone. There is almost no way to avoid getting your fingers all over the part of the screen that would have been covered up by the bezels, and that could lead to fingerprints over the glass.

On the 14th, we should see the LeTV X900 unveiled with its 5.5-inch screen carrying a resolution of 1440 x 2560. The 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 will be powering the device, which will include 4GB of RAM and a 20.7MP rear camera that features a Sony sensor. This model is said to be built with premium materials and is the first Android phone to offer the new Type C USB port for those who can't tell up from down. This top-shelf model will be priced at the equivalent of $403 USD.

The LeTV X600 will also be unwrapped during the event, and its display will be carrying a resolution of 1080 x 1920. Powering the phone is an octa-core MediaTek MT6795 CPU with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of native storage inside. A 13MP camera will be on the back of this model. The phone will cost you the equivalent of $161 USD.

Both of these models should see the light of day on April 14th. If either model catches your fancy, you might want to put a circle around the date on your calendar.
