How to take a screenshot on the Nexus 5X and 6P

The 2015 family of Nexus phones has been available for a short while now and while there are some issues to be considered (lack of proper video stabilization and occasionally sluggish performance on the 5X), the phones are definitely one of the best buys at the moment.

If you have got the new 5.7", Huawei-made Nexus 6P or the LG-manufactured, 5.2" Nexus 5X, you might want to share what's on your screen with a friend, or use a screenshot to troubleshoot issues.

Luckily, it's all super easy: you just have to press and hold the power/lock key and the volume down key at the same time for a second or so, and you'll hear a click and see the screenshot appear in the notification tray. From there, you can instantly share the screen grab and use it in whatever way you like.

Seems really usefull if you have one day using the phone and at your last phone the way to take screenshots was diferent.

Is this the beauty of "stock Android"? I can easily just use the side of the palm to take a screenshot on my S4.

Well... press two buttons seems pretty easy... Instead of lagging alot with TouchWiz and waiting a year for updates (in case updates are coming)

That's an already-known and published article by your rival tech blogs. Heck good you caught-up though. But stop trailing them behind, and try being the top predator of the latest news!
