Honor V10 bezel-less smartphone with 6GB RAM, dual-camera to be unveiled on December 5

Some of you might remember that we reported last month about a launch event that Honor plans to hold on December 5. Although the Chinese company sent us an invitation to the event, it didn't reveal what device will be unveiled early next month. The only thing we knew for certain is that Honor will introduce a bezel-less smartphone.

Well, it looks like the folks over at GizChina have managed to learn more details about what's coming for Honor fans. Apparently, Honor V10 is the name of the device that will be announced on December 5.

Honor's new flagship is supposed to boast a 5.99-inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the Honor V10 will pack a powerful Kirin 970 processor, 6GB RAM and either 64GB or 128GB internal memory.

Honor will also add a dual-camera setup comprising of 16MP and 20MP cameras. Finally, the smartphone is expected to ship with Android 8.0 Oreo right out of the box. Rumor has it the Honor V10 will cost around $450 in China.

As long as it's under $400 in the US I'll be willing to take a look at it. These Chinese chumps need to come up with their own name for phones though, instead of always stealing someone else's... so brain-dead and low class!

They've release honor v8 before, and it's honor 8 with bigger screen. Same with this one, honor V10 is honor 10 with bigger screen. They didn't copy name, and LG isn't the first company that use V10 as name

@SyCophant87. "You're brain-dead putting the Chinese under one umbrella." You say that like it's a bad thing. As if giving a sht about our sleazy enemy the Chinese is something to be proud of. Typical PC scum. And I hate the Orange Tard-in-Chief 10 times more than you do so don't even start with putting me under that one right-wing umbrella.

Bring it! Do I see a top front facing cam there tho? Don't tell me that these guys are stealing one from the Apple playbook and having a "notch" instead of a "bezel". Pretty legalistic excuse if so. Nonetheless, the bezel has finally gone the way of the dodo bird. Nobody will even try to thrust bezels upon us now

I like how it sounds, but I don't think that it is smart from Honor to go with higher prices...450$ in Chine will be like 550€ in EU. Off course that new and advanced technologies costs more, but if they as "cheep option" costs as much as big players like S8, U11 and similar, it is very hard that they will attract enough new customers.

@raky_b. "450$ in Chine will be like 550€ in EU." Nope. $450 = €388 Euros or ¥2984 Chinese Yuan

It don't work like that. A huawei Mate 10 is around £600 in the UK, yet i can order one for $454 from a chinese reseller. $454 is £346 at todays exchange rate.

@mootu. "It don't work like that" Nevermind, it's not important enough to bother arguing about it.
