Here are 10 little known apps, recommended by PhoneArena readers
Last week, we asked the distinguished readership of PhoneArena to clue us in onto their favorite "superunknown" Android apps - gems hidden in plain sight that not many people use, but many are missing out on! Hunting down hidden gem apps for Android and iOS is a favourite pastime of ours, and it turns out that we're not alone, because your response to this little sociological experiment has been overwhelmingly enthusiastic!

Hence, we dutifully scouted your responses, and it was with great effort and utmost joy that we extracted 10 excellent app recommendations, derived from all of you out there. We're adding these to our list of highlights for sure, and so should you! By the way, if 10 apps aren't enough for you passionate app hunters, feel free to go back to the original post and read the comments for tens of fresh recommendations.

That Vert looks nice. Use to install Flib on my Android devices, but somehow they removed it from the Playstore.

I figure I should explain geacron since it ended up being selected. It shows you a live map of various countries over the last 5,000 years. For example, I could see how territory changed during World War II.

Prism is great -- I pay anything I can with it. One thing to keep in mind though, if you're an iOS 9 beta user, it's not compatible. It currently only works with release versions of iOS. It does work though with beta versions of Windows 10 -- everything but screen formatting. Pretty unreadable unless you view it fullscreen, then it's fine.

benjitek, we appreciate you reporting these issues! The iOS 9 issue has now been fixed. Thank you for using Prism!

I can give another 3 worth to try: Droplr (perfect for files sharing), Slack (ideal for the communication among teams), Kanbanery (great to schedule work). Enjoy :)
