HTC Rhyme with its trio of accessories can be yours today for $199.99 on-contract
As much as some would like to say that the HTC Rhyme is a female-centric smartphone, neither Verizon nor HTC uttered any notion about the handset’s target demographic, but rather, it was simply referred to being a very stylish device.

Heavily leaked before it was officially unveiled last week at a press event in New York City, the HTC Rhyme is officially on sale through Verizon Wireless today. For $200 and some change, not to mention the 2-year contract you’ll need to sign along the way, you can pick up this very chic and stylish mid-range Android powered device.

Of course, some might scratch their head in awe wondering why it’s attached with a price point that’s generally reserved for high-end devices. Well, it’s actually packaged along with three accessories which include tangle-free headphones, a charging docking station, and that all too curious Charm call indicator accessory. Not surprisingly, the latter one is probably of most interest since it offers users a unique way of receiving notifications.

If all of this sounds lovely to you, then you can head on over to your local Verizon Wireless retail store, or your nearby computer, where you can pick one up for $199.99.

No one offers 30 day returns. They offer 30 day exchanges. It's in every contract now that you have 14 days to return your device and cancel your agreeement.

Not so! I just ordered this online from Verizon site this am. They are offering a $100 trade in for any phone (visa debit card). That brings the price down to $99 Hurry tho, I think the offer ends 9/30!!

The $149 is also before the 5% target red card (5% off of $199) discount as well!! All trades are instant rebates!! No having to mail-in and hoping you get the rebate back! Verizon no longer offers 30 day returns. Thus overrides the 30 day return policy. Only 3 days to return if purchased as a new line. 14 Days if exchanging the phone out. Go Target Mobile!!

actually its 14 days to return or exchange, new customer or current customer. There is no "overriding" the 30 day return policy b/c its no longer there, it's 14 days period. I see why no one likes you guys...nobody who works for you knows wth they are talking about.

You are going to get people like that where ever you go to get a phone at one time or another. I still don't know where he's getting the 3days to return for a new line lol..It's 14 like you said to terminate your line. However, at Target mobile you're allowed to exchange your device out up to 30 days after purchase for new or current subscribers.

Its a 30 day exchange, 14 day return. The 3 day return on a new activation is to avoid paying an activation fee.

So, what if a guy wanted this phone? I mean, how can you make a phone targeted SPECIFICALLY at women? Eff that, I just won't use the charm dongle thing.

you're just a rebel, eh?

Really not sure what Target Man is confused by...I just tried out the Rhyme in the Verizon store today and *gasp* it's plum! Not so exclusive after all, mister. Unfortunately the phone will only be available in plum in the US and while it's quite pretty, the phone is overpriced for such average specs. I'd rather wait for the Thunderbolt 2/Vigor/Incredible HD and just buy a purple case than waste my money on novelty accessories.

I like that TechDork has the balls to rock this phone. I say, "go for it!" This phone is freaking sweet and its about time HTC gives us a phone with good accessories like a dock/bluetooth speakers! I'm a dude, and I kinda want this phone too.
