HTC One launch pushed to April, pre-orders to arrive in late March

“We will start fulfilling pre-orders by end March in certain markets and will roll out to more markets as we approach April,” the company explained.
Right now, the delay in the United Kingdom is not expected to affect U.S. availability. In the United States, there is no exact release date yet for the HTC One, and we only know that AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile are expecting the device to arrive in stores soon.
HTC is trying to release the One earlier than the big competition, most notably - earlier than the Samsung Galaxy S IV. As a sidenote, our own HTC One review should be coming very soon, so stay tuned.

Rotfl, You are really a samsung fanboy. I have never seen a more bloated android skin than touchwiz. You Samsung's fanboys have become just like apple's. The One may may not sell like the S4 but it won't be because it is not as good or better. In fact, if the leaks are correct about the S4, HTC One has already won when it comes to design and premium quality. It has a beast processor, which is the fastest on the market right now. Anyways, I hope the leaks are incorrect about the S4. Samsung can do much better than that.

I love HTC's design and build quality. However, they are moving in the wrong direction - moving away from removable batteries and storage. The battery issue is extremely flagrant, as they continually refuse to include a big enough battery for a full days heavy use. I got burnt by the Thunderbolt, which other than the battery was a Gray device. But, if I used it, I would get between 4 and 6 hours. Terrible.

oh LOOK look WHO S HURT? THE SAMMY FANBOYSS. i dont know why sammy boys r soo jeleous of htc which is far more better than boring sammy.b it galaxy s4, s5 or any future phone, sammy is damn boring now with same shapes , same old user interface, same old plastic cheap phones with literally no changes at all. remember guyss htc is the company who always have the guts to iniciate the innovations not smmy. SAMSUNG is better in one thing.....COPYING OTHER PHONES. and nothing else.we r sure they dont even know what an ultrapixel means? do they? hahahahah. as far as the galaxy pictures leak it shows where sammy stand, same old stuff and nothing new. .HTC GOT WHOLE NEW SENSE 5.0 WHHICH IS TALK OF THE TOWN NOW, AND VERY SIMPLE AND MORE USER FRIENDLY.so sammy fanboyss stop crying and talk mature. cheers. GOOD LUCK HTC U ROCK ALWAYS.

You make a great point. I bet that there are more comments of Sammy Fanboys bashing HTC than the other way around. I bet it will be a nice phone. I bet it looks similar to last years phone. I just think that with phones and the price tag they come which are as high as they are that they need to be made out of better materials. I am sorry but I don't think plastic is a great material for a flagship phone when it can be made from other materials. If you buy a Mercedes you don't want to see snap on items like in a Kia. If you buy stereo speakers you don't want a paper woofer. Why is plastic all of a sudden acceptable for a flagship phone???

exactly right angel1708. look these days innovations have literally stopped or r at a very slow pace. companies r making fools out of their customers, but in turn giving nothing but cheap stuff. if u look at phone evolution it was very highly fast 2 years back. but now they r just playing around with customers by providing really cheap materials but more price hikes of phones.take a look at samsung. SAMSUNG has good marketing skills , no doubt, but now llok at their phones!!!! i mean seriously they have made good number of customers and now they r making hey while the sun shine, by taking advantage. SAMSUNG HAS NOTHING GOOD as i told in older post, everything is cheap including the materials, but if u look at their price ohh god its sometimes unaffordable.THEN WHY NOT to buy phones with good materials and premium feel.?? why not? AS FAR AS THE HARDWARE IS CONCERNED EVRY MANUFUCTURER IS using the same now as snapdragon 600. so what the difference? rather htc is making better phones but lack marketing skills.this is a fact, no doubt it tastes bitter though. but ppl should use their own minds. nywayss. GOOD LUCKY TO HTC ONE.
