HTC Desire X promo video touts its "brilliant" display and fast camera

HTC has a new Android warrior, the Desire X, upcoming, and it didn't shy away from touting its features in a glossy promo video. Low-range in HTC's parlance still means a dual-core Snapdragon S4 Play chipset, 5MP camera and 4" display with 233ppi pixel density, so it is still a very capable Android phone.

The promo footage also touts its Beats Audio integration, and the "brilliant" display, so we assume it will be at least as bright as the Sony unit used on the HTC One X, which has one of the best LCD screens we've seen on a mobile device to date.

The camera goodies that come with the dedicated HTC ImageChip like instant capture and continuous shooting are all on the Desire X as well, so it has every chance to conquer the lower mid-range market, and we are hoping that the new strategy for lower introductory prices of HTC's handsets will kick in with the Desire X for the first time.
