Best Buy is once again offering a trade-in deal on the latest variants of the Apple iPhone. Bring a working trade into the big box retailer and you will receive a minimum $100 Best Buy gift card. The card could then be applied immediately toward a purchase of the Apple iPhone 5c making the price of Cupertino's mid-range model a measly $1. Of course, you will have to sign a two-year pact with Verizon, Sprint or AT&T.
If plastic makes you itch, you can use your gift card toward the purchase of the full-featured Apple iPhone 5s. With the gift card, the price of the model is $99.99 with a signed two-year contract.
Best Buy offered a similar deal last month for the Apple iPhone 5, which was offered for a buck with the trade-in of a working smartphone. At the time, the deal was seen as a way for the retailer to clear the shelves in advance of the new models. The current deal starts Saturday and runs through October 23rd.
