Bezel-less Lenovo Z5 stars in new teaser, shows narrow bottom bezels
Lenovo keeps teasing its “truly bezel-less” smartphone, the Z5, but other than saying that it has the “highest ever” screen-to-body ratio, there's no info about the upcoming device. We don't even know what does “highest” means since Lenovo's VP, Chang Cheng asked fans to guess what screen-to-body ratio the device will have: a) 80-84%, b) 85-89%, c) 90-94%, or d) 95%.

To make it easier to guess, Cheng posted a picture that shows the upper left side of the smartphone, including the very thin bezels. Today, he posted yet another picture that shows the bottom left side of the Z5, which by the way doesn't feature a home button.

What we can definitely say after seeing both images is that the bottom bezels are as narrow as the side and top ones, which is very encouraging for those who prefer bezel-less smartphones.

Lenovo Z5 will not adopt the notch display design, so you can rest easy. We also know the truly bezel-less smartphone teased by Lenovo in the last week will be officially unveiled on June 14, so about a month from now.

Hopefully, details about its specs will leak out by until then, although we're more interested in whether or not the Lenovo Z5 will be a China-exclusive device.

I quote: "Lenovo Z5 will not adopt the notch display design, so you can rest easy." Aye, spend an year in jail and you'll be more than happy to be out on the streets again! Even the ghettos of your city will feel and 'smell' like freedom! The displays that used to look bland and boring a few years back now look sleek & stylish thanks to the evolution of 'The Notches' and 'curves'. Funny how human psychology works! G'Day!

Could this be the first truly bezel-less phone in history ? I really hope it is not yet another misleading set of pictures and carefully chosen shadows in order to hide a chin or a corner notch...:)

Mmmmm definitely looks great but I want to know the specs, the screen is a very important part of the phone, but the inside stuff matters too.

I think it should come with top end specs (SD450, 6or8gb ram, 64or128or256gb rom, flagship grade camera etc.) because lenovo'Z series is there flagship series.

I'm excited to see what this officially looks like. I'm curious to see how they will solve the FF camera placement if they don't do a notch (or chin.)
