Best Samsung Galaxy Note 4 cases

Best Samsung Galaxy Note 4 cases
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a powerhouse of a smartphone: it packs a brilliant, 5.7-inch Quad HD display, the latest Snapdragon 805 system chip, a noticeably improved 16-megapixel camera, and - finally - stylish finish and a sturdy metal frame. What more is there to want?

Well, not breaking it if (or rather when) it slips out of your hand or pocket. You'd need a good case for that. Any case will help you protect the Note 4 a bit better from damage, but some remain thin and fashionable, others add bulk in exchange for extra ruggedness, and yet others come with neat features like a kickstand.

So which one should you choose? Pick the ones that best suits your needs - if you are putting the phone through its paces, running with it, carrying with you while performing extreme sports, it might be a good idea to get a more ruggedized case. For casual users, a thin cover might be a better fit. We've rounded up the first few great Samsung Galaxy Note 4 cases out there - take a look and pick your favorite.

Note that the Verizon Wireless model of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 uses a slightly different design and most cases will not support it unless they are designed specifically for this carrier model.

1. Slim Armor by Spigen

The Slim Armor is one of the most versatile cases you can get for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Despite claiming to be 'slim' the Slim Armor is a rather tough case with additional padding strategically located on the four corners of the device to help better handle damage. It's also got a kickstand that is a particularly useful addition with a large-screen device like the Note 4, so that you can leave it somewhere playing a video or music and just take sneak peeks. Add to that the different fresh color versions, Spigen's Slim Armor is one of our favorite Note 4 cases.

Why should the tech media speak about "design" of the phones, EVERY DAY , like hairdressers??? And then hundreds of articles about "great cases" , and how much we heed them. ROTFL

Totally agreed. And for this one putting a case on it you will loose the nice business look that originally have it. Putting a Spigen case on an S4 a lot of people confounding it with S5 because of the shape.

I actually used the neo hybrid case on my s5 when I had it. I hated the cheapness of the s5 but with the case it made it way nicer. I don't generally put cases on my phones be a useful I like the natural look

But they are protective as hell. I had one on my Note 2 before going with a ZeroLemon battery (which came with its on case) so when I finally swapped it to the ZeroLemon case, the Note 2 still looked like Day 1 brand new. Literally a 10/10 in condition. Could probably sell it for top dollar. Swappa has it for $190 in used mint, considering I only paid $100 subsidized for it ($200 black friday deal - $100 Walmart gift card I received from this purchase so net $100), I would actually make money on the deal.

Thin clear cases are the best, they protect and show the beauty of the phone. That white N4 is absolutely gorgeous.

Just ordered my Spigen Neo-Hybrid. Liked the look and extra protection while not making it huge. My poor Note 2 just has a cheapy tpu case on it.

If someone would make a quality aluminum case for the note 4 that has a 10,000mah battery in it and four micro sd card bay slots going down the inside that would be great thanks.

#1, #3, #6, & #8 all look slick but the Spigen Tough Armour is even better. I just wish it had a battery recharger installed in it along with front screen protection. That Montblanc looks to executive like for my tastes. Maybe if I'm wearing a suit or something really expensive on. If that were the case why buy that, I'd get a Prada or Louis Vuitton case for that kind of money. Let me know if any cool recharger cases come out. Thanks! :)

Does anybody use a seido case? looks like a nice slim fit with an optional holster, but $55 price tag is a little pricey if its not a good case.

They're all pretty horrible choices. The Bodyglove isn't even listed and is the best I had found for my S5.
