You know that since you received your new iPhone 4, you've wanted to try out the FaceTime video conferencing. Dial 1-888-FACETIME between 8am-8pm Central time and a friendly Apple rep will show you the ropes and pass along some tips. You could try to see if the rep will engage you in a conversation about where LeBron James will end up playing next year, or guess who will win "So you think you can dance"-you know, the same conversations you would be having with your best bud, if only he had an iPhone 4. Somehow, we think that the Apple employee will stay connected with you just long enough to ensure that the feature works on your phone, and that you know how to use it.
