As predicted by a leak from a few hours ago, the iPad mini with Retina display can now be purchased online from the Apple store. Available in either gray or silver, the company's second-gen "mini" tablet starts at $399, which gets you a Wi-Fi-only model with 16GB of storage. Need more space? No problem! Apple is offering variants of the iPad mini 2 with 32, 64, and even 128GB of native storage, priced at $499, $599, and $699 respectively.

4G-capable iPad mini 2 models are listed as well, and they do carry a steeper price tag, as you might expect. A 16GB variant for AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, or T-Mobile costs $529, with 32, 64, and 128GB variants priced at $629, $729, and $829 respectively.

If ordered now, a Wi-Fi-only iPad mini with Retina display is estimated to ship within 2 to 3 work days. Models with cellular radios, however, are bound to come a bit later, projected to ship within 5 to 10 business days from today. Since the demand for the iPad mini 2 expected to be high, shipping times are likely to increase, so if you want one ASAP, ordering soon might be a good idea. You can buy an iPad mini 2 by following the source link below, which will take you to the Apple online store.

UPDATE: The 64GB and 128GB iPad mini 2 models are now shipping in 5 to 10 business days.
