The Samsung Galaxy S4 will be launched by AT&T on April 30th. This comes directly from the carrier's website.The device can be pre-ordered with the 16GB model of the phone priced at $199.99 after a signed two-year contract. Off contract, the price is $639.99. AT&T has already said that the 32GB model would cost $249.99 with a signed contract although it is not taking pre-orders for that device yet.
