Zune with Windows Mobile 7 to debut at MWC?
According to the editorial director of Spanish web site MuyComputer, Javier Pérez Cortijo, it is 100% confirmed that the Zune Phone will be presented at MWC. This comes from a report by Gizmodo which goes on to add that the device is not really a Zune Phone, but is a product that combines Windows Mobile 7 and Zune software in the same manner that the iPhone has iPod software attached. The device will have Nvidia's Tegra onboard. According to MuyComputer, the unit will have a display with resolution of 480 x 272, have HDMI out and weigh 2.45 ounces. And while Microsoft has indeed denied the existence of a Zune Phone, as we've told you, the combination of Windows Mobile 7 and Zune does appear to be something that we will see later this month at MWC.
