The Samsung Galaxy S II
has been breaking sales records over at Samsung since day 1, but now to further cement its position, it is expected to come painted in white, according to a listing at UK online retailer Clove. The white version of the 16GB Galaxy S II is expected to hit shelves August 15th
at the retailer, but there was no word whether we can expect a similarly colored model stateside.
The price of the albino S II will set you back nearly $795 (£492, VAT included), some $20 more than that of the standard version. Sadly, the listing doesn't provide a picture of the white handset, but if you feel adventurous, you can pre-order the phone even without seeing it. Not surprisingly, the new model is identical to the black Galaxy S II, sporting a 1.2GHz dual-core chip and a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus screen. Is the white Samsung Galaxy S II a good enough reason to break the piggy bank? Feel free to share your opinions in the comments below.
