Update on the way to Verizon's Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to exterminate bugs and more
A software update is coming to the Verizon version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The main objective is to exterminate some nasty bugs. According to Verizon's update page, the following bugs will be exterminated by the update: incoming call displays Picture Me on screen when using Call Waiting, Handwriting data entry issue for email and SMS messages has been resolved, Email sync issue has been fixed and connectivity has been improved, Bluetooth Audio continues after a call is finished, Mobile Hotspot reliability has been improved, Samsung keyboard crash issue has been resolved, Notification Panel responsiveness has been improved and the Connectivity and sound quality is improved. And Voicemail notification now has an Urgent Priority notification.

The update also adds some new Verizon applications to the phablet, such as the MyInfoZone widget, VMWare, Verizon Support and Protection version 2.0.0, and the Verizon Cloud. We have no idea when Verizon is going to let this update rollout, but it looks like it shouldn't be too much of a wait.
