Last week, Sony announced that it would release the Xperia M4 Aqua in Canada sometime later this month, but it didn't say anything about a possible launch in the US. Even so, you can already buy the new handset if you're in the US, as Amazon is selling it unlocked for $349.
Mind you, the Xperia M4 Aqua that Amazon is offering is the 8 GB variant (model number E2303), which only has 1.26 GB of free storage space. Sure enough, the phone supports microSD cards, but you have to pay extra for a card. If you're OK with that, the M4 Aqua is a device that you should consider taking a look at, especially if you're in need of a dust- and water-resistant (IP68-certified) smartphone with Android Lollipop on board.
The Xperia M4 Aqua is a mid-range handset that sports a 5-inch 720p display and is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor. The smartphone also comes with a 13 MP rear camera, 5 MP front-facing camera, 2 GB of RAM, and a 2400 mAh battery. Go check out our Xperia M4 Aqua hands-on (video included) for more details.
