Starting today, December 1, LG Mobile USA isofficially selling an unlocked version of its V30 smartphone. For now, theunlocked V30 is only available via retailer B&H, in one color variant: CloudSilver. The phone costs $819.99, this price being in line with what all US carriers arecharging for the V30 (if bought outright).

Update (December 4): Best Buy is now offering the unlocked V30, too, asking $799 for it.

The unlocked LG V30 works on all relevant carriers (Verizon,AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc), and obviously comes with US warranty. Ifyou're ordering the handset tomorrow (December 2) the latest, you can takeadvantage of a recent promotion allowing you to get up to $400 back when you purchasean additional LG device.

Available on most US carriers since September, the LGV30 still runs Android 7 Nougat. Fortunately, an update to Android 8 Oreoshould be released soon - possibly for the unlocked variant first.

The V30 is arguably one of the best LG-made smartphones inrecent years, offering a nice design and a slew of pretty attractive features (likeQualcomm's Snapdragon 835 processor, a powerful dual rear camera, 64 GB ofexpandable storage space, and decent battery life). You can find out much moreabout the handset by checking out our LG V30 review.
