South Korea to be invaded by Samsung Galaxy S III in "Martian Pink"
Samsung released an amazing stat on Tuesday. It seems that 6% of the South Korean population owns the Samsung Galaxy S III. That works out to about 3 million units sold in Samsung's backyard. Sammy is going to make 100,000 units available in the country dressed up in that pink color that we showed you last week. The manufacturer is calling it "Martian Pink" and some would agree that it is out of this world.

Samsung even offers a serious description of the color, saying that "The Martian pink Galaxy S III is refined and sensuous. With its distinctive style, we expect a great response from the younger generation and women." There are no plans yet to introduce the new color outside of South Korea, but if Samsung repeats what it did with the pink Samsung Galaxy S II and Samsung GALAXY Note, expect to see the Martians invade Europe.
