Sony Xperia Z gets sandblasted and tortured in a bathtub (video)

So far we've been getting only improvised drop tests for the yet-unreleased Sony Xperia Z, done at expos and presentations with gentle falls from waist or shoulder height, which did absolutely nothing to the handset.

Not that the test of the Z below is too rough, but the guy that does the video review of the prototype gets creative, and not only in terms of personal clothing, but the ambiance as well.

His idea of a romantic candlelit quality time in a bathtub with the Xperia Z is to bang the phone against the edge front and back, dip it in the said bathtub, and even rub coarse sand particles all over it to demonstrate how durable and elements-proof the phone is. Enjoy.
