Some carriers offer free AirPods with iPhone X pre-orders

In just a few days, carriers and retailers will open iPhone X pre-orders. As many of you probably know by now, iPhone X price starts at $1,000, which is why some carriers plan to sweeten their deals with some freebies or discounts.

US carriers Sprint and T-Mobile have already announced their promotional offers on the iPhone X, but there are many others that would like to woo new customers into buying Apple's new flagship.

Unlike some network operators that decided to discount the iPhone X if customers sign up for long-term contracts, Vodafone UK and maybe other carriers as well, will offers some free accessories instead.

Apparently, the first 1,000 customers who pre-order their iPhone X units via Vodafone UK will receive Apple's AirPods for free. Keep in mind that the offer is by invitation only, so you'll have to register your interest to purchase the iPhone X, and if you get an email back that means you have been accepted in the promotion.

Only customers who place an iPhone X pre-order at Vodafone UK between October 27-30 are eligible for the AirPods promotion. Your free AirPods will arrive after December 4 if you are among the first 1,000 customers who pre-ordered the iPhone X.

Wait, so they have enough of these to just give away? But I thought they were in such short supply do to demand exceeding production? Or was that all just a lie so people rush and buy them thinking they woudl wait forever for them?!

If you think apple does not copy samsung, youre crazy. If you know it, but deliberately left it out, youre an isheep. I use both an S8 and SE. I can assure you, they both use every single other smartphone and smartphone tech on the market for inspiration.

Apple deserves some sort of prize simply for giving meaning to the empty lives of anti Apple trolls. The iPhone X is like a deity to these people, always on their hearts and minds.

And you sadly keep liking your own posts. Oh and the last time I checks, rulers are usually gods, kings, presidents or similar. So having Apple Rulz as your name sure must mean Apple is either a deity/god/king/president to you. Right?

If the iPhone X is suppose to sell out, then why does the iPhone X need any promotions right now, especially when it isn't even on the market yet.

When Samsung does it, it's because no one is buying it. When Apple does it, it's marketing

If this is your muse as a ploy for people to switch carriers, then I apologize for what I am thinking as I predominantly do not enjoy insulting ones intelligence..

You insulted your own intelligence with your own post. This isn't carriers competing against each other. No one is switching carriers over who offers the best promos, nor is there a stampede of millions of 18year olds, in that one month no less, trying to decide which carrier theyre going to go with after their parents dropped them from their family plans. This is nothing more than carriers trying to move specific merchandise.

"Apple doesnt give anything away for free". I just bought my daughters macbooks that came with back to school promo of free beats solo 3. Not only that but the macbooks themselves had discounts of $300. Apple most certainly does offer incentives and promos. This airpod one isnt one of them, but they absolutely do give away free stuff. All the time.

Well its to encourage sales? Or the fact that even though there will be millions who will pay the $1000, most won't. So you gotta cover for the majority and not the minority.
